The meditation opens the crown chakra, activates the pineal gland, removes mental fog and brings clarity, facilitating a deeper connection with the Divine and allowing the cosmic energy to enter your physical body.
Sound healer Madeleine added the Bodhrán drums, used by the Druids to deepen the connection with the spirits of the Earth. This journey will hold you in a connected state between Cosmos and Earth, Spirit and the Physical Body.
