Reconnect to all of your body systems: nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, immune system, reproductive, digestive, muscosceletal, the excretory (purifying) system and the skin.
I suggest practicing it every day for a period of time, in order for your body to enter and remember this state every day. Then continue periodically, as recalibration and maintenance.
I suggest using headphones to fully receive the more subtle healing sounds that deepen nervous system recalibration.
